Cacao nibs are cacao beans that have been cracked, fermented and broken into smaller pieces. Unlike many chocolate products, cacao nibs are naturally low in sugar. They are a good source of fibre, protein, and healthy fats — nutrients that promote the feeling of fullness. They are also rich in minerals, including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, and copper. Cacao helps enhance your mood, and lower blood pressure and risk of diabetes.
