Recipe – Yummy Cookies
•100g of unsalted butter.
•2 tablespoons of honey.
•100g of plain flour.
•100g of rolled oats.
•85g of coconut sugar.
•50g of desiccated coconut.
•3 tablespoon of chia seeds.
•3 tablespoon of cacao nibs.
•2 tablespoon of boiling water.
•1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda.
Instructions for use:
•Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease 2 baking trays.
•Melt the butter.
•Add the honey and stir well.
•Add boiling water and then quickly the bicarbonate of soda and whisk until foamy and fizzy.
•Quickly add the dry ingredients and mix all together.
•Take a handful of the mixture, roll into a ball and place it onto one of the greased baking trays.
•Bake for about 20–25 minutes until the balls have flattened into discs and are still a little soft.
